Two days in a row now after a violent thunderstorm,
my 3 in 1 comes on with all buttons flashing.
A pop-up tells me that there is new hardware to install.
To put in my original software that came with the unit.
I do do and it won't install for me?
Any suggestions?
Thanks

You need to uninstall and then reinstall...... and if you are running the
printer with no surge protection, the spike may have permanently damaged the
printer.
