Unable to print to Novell printer

Hi there.
I am having real difficulty when attempting to print to a Novell printer through XP.
This was working fine last week and nothing has changed either on the users account or the set-up of the PC.
When I attempt to connect to the printer I can see the printer without any errors being reported by the OS.
However, when I attempt to send a print job when logged in as the user the print job does not print? It begins to spool the job but the job sits in the printers queue and does not output?
When I log in as someone else I am able to print fine?
I can also print to the printer from another machine when logged in as the user?
The user has administrative rights on the local machine?
I have tried deleting a re-creating the user account but this does not have any effect?
Any other ideas?
