Can't type envelopes

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.print_fax (More info?)

When I click on the Microsoft Works T... the Task window
comes up and I can't get into the program that allows me
to type envelopes. Even when I clicked on "Home" nothing
happened. Please help.
