Can only print to first chosen network printer ?

I have several network printers added.

3 of these printers lie on the floor I am currently
working.

After I restart windows I can choose to print to any of
these 3 printers, any subsequent print job must go to the
same printer. This has only started happening in the last
week ?

Printing test pages to the other 2 printers brings back a
non descript error message immediately saying the "Test
Page failed to print".

If I want to change printers I must restart, ideas ?
