Printing under different usernames

I have an hp 3650 that will print when logged on to XP
under the administrator's name. However, the printer
will not function when under the other usernames. The
print status window shows up and displays that is has
printed but nothing happens!

XP Home and Norton Antivirus installed?

Go into the Control Panel, click on Printers & Faxes, right click on the
printer and select Properties. In the Advanced tab, change the settings to
Print Direct to Printer instead of using the Print Spooler.
