Hey Guys, Just Joined Because Im Having Some Gaming Problems ! Its MW3, Ive Got A High End PC (Ish) And Its Only Getting Low FPS, My Specs And More Are Below

Specs

CPU - 3.6 ghz Quad Core AMD FX 4100
Graphics Card - ATI Radeon HD 6450
Ram - 4GB DDR3
HDD - 500GB Seagate HDD 350gb Free Space
OS - Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

FPS Specs
Minimun FPS On Benchmark - 19
Max FPS On Benchmark - 36
Average FPS - 28

Any More Information Needed Ill BE Happy To Provide

My Friend Plays With A similar One, and gets more FPS

your pc is pretty far from high end im afraid and the fps your getting is what you should be getting...
the fx 4100 is a budget quat at best as is your gfx... i think you may just be expecting to much from budget parts.
chances are you could get a little more from it buy limiting your startup entries to mouse, gfx and antivirus drivers.
