P3 temp ok ??

Hi all
I have:

P3 800eb intel fan
Asus CULS2 bios 1006
256 ram
Asus Probe V2.12.07 cooling soft is on
Geforce 256
On idle:
CPU: 37/98 C/F
MB: 40/104 C/F
after gaming (Q3a,Unreal T,FS2000,CFS2 )
temp are at:
CPU: 50/122 C/F
MB: 41/105 C/F
The CPU is not O/C !!!
Is it OK ??
Can I O/C???
What is the max safe temp for This P3 800eb???

I believe the max safe temp for these is something like 90C, but they get flaky around 55C (random glitches).

Those temps are ok. Motherboard is a little warm though. Another case fan would help a lot .
