Overclocking questions

I have a few questions that you guys might be able to awnser.
1. If I use the asus tweak utility to overclock my Geforce 2 pro will that void the warrenty? Or since it's a software solution won't they be able to tell?
2. Where can I get some nice cooling equipment(such as ram heatsinks) for it?
3. How would a cooler such as the card cooler(www.cardcooler.com) mount into a computer case with no side vents? Does it take up a PCI slot? Or does it mount in the back?

1.It can void your waranty, but if you put heatsinks on the ram it definitly will so it really doesn't matter.

3. Mounts on top of your pci cards. There's surprisingly plenty of room. I have one and have put them in many computers. It takes up so slot, and uses the same screws that are used on the graphics card and whatever is beneith it.
