You should ask this in an OE group. It is not a Fax question.
Try posting in one of these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x
A good website for information on OE is:

It was the logical place to ask, but the question you are asking will not
likely receive an answer here because it has to do with the behavior of the
Windows Address Book, not the Windows XP Fax program. XP Fax hands off
address book functions to the WAB for users who do not use Outlook. I've
never seen or used the WAB because I use Outlook. I'm sure it will be a
simple question for those who use and are familiar with the WAB. I'm just
trying to direct you to the place you will be more likely to get an answer.
