ms-dos printing in XP/2000

i have done that before i post my msg here.. the results :
able to print from ms-dos only when i log in as local
administrator.what abt another userID that has same access
right but on a domain network ?

What "case" (from http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/printfromdos.htm) do you
have?
What symptom do you get?
