I am very frustrated with this service. I have been trying to play the games i have in my favorites list and it keeps giving me an error message. I am however able to pleay the free games. I would like to know what the problem is and how it will be fixed and how to be credited with this time on my subscription since i am unable to use it.

You need to contact Pogo / EA customer support.

It's funny that they do not list a phone number....
