I have an ABIT BE-6 mobo. Does anybody know if it will support a Celeron 600, and if so, what are the BIOS settings I need to use to overclock it? What is the best speed to overclock the C600 to, as far as stability goes?

All help greatly appreciated.

To run the c600 you will need a slotket card for the slot one mb, + decent cooling (watch dimensions on hs/fan)new bios flash and at least pc100 or pc133 memory. Set fsb to 100 (with turbo enabled if available), 9 multiplier. you get 900 or 928 with turbo. Multiplier cannot be changed. Core voltage 1.70 (default) or 1.75 should be enough. Im running older bh6/C600 @ 928 with no problems.

Currently I have a Celeron366 on my Abit BE-6 mobo, and I can't even get it to overclock. I tried the settings found here on the site, and I can't get past the POST screen. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I assume I'm not setting something correctly in the BIOS.

Also, do you know where I can find the BIOS flash for the BE-6 mobo? Thanks for the response!

uh, Abit maybe?
Seriously, go to http://www.abit.com.tw/english/index.htm and follow the links. I prefer the Tiawanese website as listed in the link.
