Does anyone know what the 3 sensors are when running Mother Board Monitor on an ASUS A7V133 (KT133A) ?

I believe they are the CPU fan, PSU fan and the case fan.

The Asus 2 probe is the CPU Core tempe, and the ASUS 1 is the mobo temp probe.

I have no idea what the UHHHH! the third sensor is. It's reading 18 on my readout, and changes just slightly. It's not ambient, so I think it's not really a sensor.

I don't have the third assigned, but when I hover the mouse over the MBM readout by the clock, the third is displayed in the little popup you get. Mine reads 255c !!! If I try to assign it to other ASUS or fan sensors I get completely diff. readings (MUCH lower)

3 sensors are cpu temp, mobo temp and psu temp i think.

Of course your PSU needs to support a connection for the 3rd and most don't.

Mine always read 255c too so I just disabled that sensor chop chop.
