incoming faxes getting lost

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.print_fax (More info?)

I have been using msfax for a while.
We have now all of a sudden started to lose received
faxes. But we canot find where they have gone to.
On refresh in inbox we just end with blank screen.

See where they are archived and look in that folder.
