A7V overclocking

hey I'm an overclocking newbie and I was wondering if was possible to overclock my thnderbird 750 to, let's say ... 900 without fiddling about in the motherboard and having to solder a resistor in there ?

  1. You will probably have to unlock the L1 bridges on your TBird (the method can be found all over the net).
    Overclock your FSB to the max (about 110-115Mhz) and from there use the multiplier you want (ex: 900Mhz / 113Mhz = 8X so you should use a multiplier of 8 with a FSB of 113 to get 900Mhz).
