Printer Problems

I am having trouble with my printer. I have an account
for everyone in my house, I am set up as the
administrator. Everytime I go to print it is only
printing color on my name, but when I switch to my wifes
name it prints both black and color. What have i done
wrong!!! Please advise me on what to do.

Also, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and I
still have the same problem.
