[SOLVED] External hard drive crash

Hello,
i Have a wd 350 gig hard drive that crashed and no longer is recognized by my computer Mac pro, Is there way I can get it to work again

If it still got, use warranty to get new drive!!

In no warranty, Remove from enclosure and connect directly to computer.
(check if the drive inside got warranty from manufacturer)

but fail HD in most cases is gone, (unless info on it worth over 1k $) you should use your back up and get new drive,

Get a new one or try to fix it.

I have seen several external drives stop working while the drive is side was fine.

As said above, try to remove it and install it inside the computer. If it is a laptop, there are adapters to connect it to usb. Or if you have E-SATA(been a while since i used any Macs) you can connect to that.
