AMD 1.33 retail hsf info???

I have a AMD 1.33ghz retail cpu and havent put it in yet...i will not be overclocking. Do i need a new hsf. Ive read other posts and get mixed reviews. Please, someone help me. I have this in a Antec 1030b case with 2 intake and 2 outake fans.

If you're not to overclock, why change the HSF? If it is a retail version like you said it should have come with the CPU which is fine so long as it isn't OC'd.
