Sure
I'm trying to install Baldur's Gate 2 and its expansion Throne of Bhaal on my netbook, an Acer Aspire 722 with Windows 7. I'm using the same method I've used to install it on my PC, which was to combine all the install cds onto one dvd, which gets mounted as an iso with Daemon Tools Lite. This makes it easy to reinstall without needing my disks and passes the cd check.
BG2 installed fine. ToB would mount, and setup.exe would run from it fine. However, once it tries to copy the data, the installer says it can't find the files despite already being in the correct folder.
I don't even know where to begin troubleshooting since this method has worked on my PC.
I run as admin, tried it w/o virus scanning, etc.
