AXIA coming

Can't believe it. I saw the article in the Inquire today about AXIA's being for sale for $160 (1.2 GHz). I called and it's on it's way from Canada. Just my luck because I ordered a 1.33 and finally found out they will be delayed . . . Then changed to 1.2 and it was to be delivered to the retailer today. Hell it didn't come in and found the AXIA even cheaper.

Got a conductive pen coming, my Thermosonic Thermoengine, Corsair PC150 coming. Hope my PCI's and GPU can take the FSB but if not at least the Chip should go 1.5+.

Can I brag some more? Probally lost 1/2 of you after mentioning The Inquirer.

You don't need conductive pen, it should come factory unlocked. You mean 150+ FSB of course. Thermoengine, ehh, not to parade on your circus.

Well i meant 1.5+ GHz CPU clock but I hope to mix that with as high a FSB as i can get.

Don't like the Thermoengine ehh?!! Well with the facory fan it does alright for a quiet fan. But with the Delta 7K rpm fan it is one of the best. HardOCP even liked it.

what is an axia? is it a 1200 with a 266 front side bus?

I'm thinking of getting a 1333. How clockable is it and what is the best choice of motherboard to allow cpu core voltage, multiplier, and fsb to be increased... most of the boards I looked at 133 was the max fsb.

depend on how far you want to go i ve heard of pepole getting to 1.4 on a originaly 1ghz chip but the limit to all of them is about 1.5 mhz

but you need axia to get that

axia is a revsion of the chip itis the newest one out at this time
