Saints Row the Third Lag

Hi all,

I own a gaming PC, thats not even a year old yet. I recently bought and downloaded Saints Row the Third, trouble is, whenever I play it, it runs reaalllllly realllly sloooooooowly, only about ten fps. I had no other programs open, and had graphics on low. Someone please tell me what on earth is happening:

Here are my specs:

8g RAM
64bit Windows Home Premium
AMD FX Six Core Processor 3.3ghz
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 6670 1g.

install the 12.3 gfx drivers if your using 12.4 or 12.5beta drivers...
reduce quality in the game and see if your fps comes back.

Just SR III and Ive done that. Believe it or not, im not a complete n00b
