Need for speed the run stop working !

Hello,
i have core i7 processor
4 gb ram
1 gb ati graphic card
windows 7 64bit
but when i launch the game he show the error "STOP WORKING WHILE WINDOWS CHECKING BEST SOLUTION"but nothing done and back to the desktop
the following step are already done !
1.update driver,directx etc
2.windows xp compatible mode already enable
3.disable anti virus and firewall
4.close all applications etc
