Computer stuttering need help

Built this PC last August Andy months ago it began to stutter. This stuttering happens on every game I own and while listening to music.

you went way overboard with the psu... but besides that... have you clean installed windows. have you cleaned windows regularly with a reg cleaner like ccleaner. have you defragged regularly with a decent defragger like ultimate defrag or auslogics defrag or even defraggler.
also make sure you have all the required motherboard drivers and NFO drivers... make sure you run load optomized defaults in bios as this will tell the motherboard how to setup your cpu propperly. and dont forget to enable the high precision event timer (hpet) to match your o.s bitrate (64 in your case).. if you missed this then it could be the reason your stuttering...

It wasn't my plan to have such a large psu it was the only one I could find at my local store because my dad refuses to order offline. Thanks though I will yet this as soon as I get home.

Can network lag cause stuttering? I was trying to get more info and watching my CPU, Disk, Network, and Memory graphs and noticed that during a stutter I lose all internet connection for that period of time.
