Windows 7--32 bit or 64 bit using DDR2 675

I am working on my first PC build, an Asus AM3 MoBo with DDR2........

I bought DDR2 RAM that was only 675 speed because it was on sale.....going to play around and try to overclock it.....

Anyway, Would it be better to Run 32 Bit instead of 64 Bit version of Windows 7 because I am running slower DDR2 Memory?

I bought Three 675 DDR2 sticks with 444-12 Timings......Thought it might be cool to overclock them cause they have the faster timings...

Still trying to wrap my head around the difference in timings and bandwidth for RAM and how they work together....As well as what I can do to alter the RAM speed and timings in the BIOS.....

Anyway, novice learning my way through with this first build.....
