sorry i wasn't a little more detailed in what i was asking. i know what to do to overclock and stuff but i don't know how to do it through bios. my bios doesn't seem to allow me to change what i need, what do i do in bios to overclock and are there any good free bios tweaking programs i can overclock with?

  1. What motherboard do you have? not all can be adjusted through the bios and you may have to change the multiplier/bus speed/voltage bu switches/jumpers on the motherboard.

  2. You can overclock some computers by modifying the processor. It depends on the processor. You can overclock others more easiliy by using jumpers. It depends on the board. You need to give us system details.
