Is there a way to setup printers on Windows XP Pro that
appear for ALL user profiles.
Currently, we have to manually setup printers for each
user profile. Is there a way to define printers on a
workstation that appear for all users - i.e. workstation
printer mappings and NOT user login profile mappings. We
also don't want to depend on a login script; we tried
developing a VBS (VBScript) and it works but has conflicts
with all the virus scanners.
We use Xerox printers: DocuPrint N2125 and Workcentre Pro
32.
