What other kinds of cooling and heatsinks, besides cpu cooler, should I look into if I want to build a system?

My system will probably be composed of...
Athlon 1.2
Asus A7M266
IBM 75gxp 45gb
Micron 256MB ddr
GeForc ultra
etc. etc. etc.

I just want my system to be as cool as possible but I really don't know what all I need to keep it cool.

Is sound a factor? I ask because you have to sacrifice a quiet system for more cooling (unless you can keep the room airconditioned to 68°F or something.

If sound isn't a factor, then I think a Swiftech MC370-0A is a good solution. It's easy to install, and it performs well. Right now in my apartment, it's probably 74°F=23.3°C and sinking cuz I just turned on my A/C (dude, I really need a room thermometer so I can indicate the ambient temp!) Anyways, at full load running SETI@Home, MSN Messenger, Internet Explorer, and Winamp, my Compunurse is reading 43.0°C and dropping because of the A/C.

In addition to the heatsink, I bought two 80mm High Speed Sunon fans from CrazyPC.com blowing 42.5cfm at 36.5dBA. It's kinda loud when it's the only thing on, but when I have music and the A/C on, they drown out.

My system:
Athlon (B) T-Bird 850 @ 933 (133x7.0)
Asus A7V133 rev. 1.05
IBM Deskstar 75GXP 30GB
Crucial 256MB SDRAM CAS2 PC133
ATI Radeon 32MB SDRAM
