I installed a printer on a PC using USB and shared it. I
cannot map users to this printer running over our
network. We have 2000 servers and XP workstations. I can
add the printer as an administator, but it does not show
up under the users profile and when I try to add the
printer under the user, it does not show up available on
the network. Is there some security setting I need to
change for all users to access this printer? I made sure
everyone had access to the printer on the PC where the
printer is attached, but that still did not give users
access to the printer.
