Out of the blue my XP pro workstations have decided to
stop printing any text written in ARIAL font. It will
print Arial Bold, Arial Italic but not normal Arial! It
has now spread to the Verdana font which was noticed when
a web page only printed the Bold or Underlined fonts but
not the body of the text font. This occures with old and
new HP printers, but not all of them. One example is that
on a 1300n it does not work, but on a 1200 it prints
fine. I have updated all drivers, re-installed the OS and
even rolled back to Windows 2000 which has no issue. If
anyone has heard of a virus or a bug which causes this it
would be helpful to know about it. One thing I did notice
on a new install was that it printed Arial up until I did
a Windows update. Any help in this would be greatly
appreciated.
