OBLIVION CRASHES AS SOON AS I PRESS PLAY (ON PC)!!!!!

i downloaded oblivion from the gamestop app and whenever i press play it says oblivion has stoped working and it says check for soulotions online and close the progam i've tried to download and delete i belive 3 or 4 times im currently trying again any soulotions??????? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
