Check your printer manual to ensure you've installed the cartridge
correctly... if still no change, return the cartridge for another, it may be
faulty.

the old cartridge did not won't to work for some unknown reason to me in last 3-4 days, although it worked fine before!!! when changing it for the new one the problem was the same- it couldn't print.

the printer would not print all fonts, only a part of the document at first. and then it just would not do anything

it also makes some weird sound when trying to print.
thank you!

This sounds like some internal problems in the printer, and not something
that can be easily solved by drivers. It may be time to take the printer in
to a qualified printer hardware technician or to call the manufacturer if
it's still under guarantee. (The clue to me would be in your last sentence,
"it also makes some weird sound when trying to print". It sounds like the
printer head has been damaged.

It may be more economical to purchase a new printer if your model is not
under guarantee.
