Hard drive space disappearing windows 7

Hello,
I recently reinstalled win7. I created a partition in drive 'F'. Now the drive is deleted and my hard drive space has also dissappeared. please help me.

From the control panel go to Administrative tools and then computer management then click on disk management. you drive should be listed. It may be as easy as telling it ti assign a drive letter... or requesting to be formatted. whats does yours show?

that's a start. look at the tree on the left-hand side if you need to expand and the main window to the right down below should be HDD's.
