When I had ME, there was a popup called the 'Officejet Manager" that
occurred whenever I put the page into the Printer, that gave me the choice
to click on it to do one or the other of these four things. When I upgraded
to XP, it was similar, but I think it's called 'Director'. Now, when I
install the paper, nothing happens. I haven't used it for a long time, as I
seldom scanned or faxed from the computer, and did not need it for email or
printing. I've gone to Add/Remove Programs and also looked in my computer
settings for something that sounded like this, but there is nothing there. I
can't find it on Microsoft's site either. Does anyone know what I am
referring to, and how I can get it back to scan and fax with my
computer?I've tried re-downloading rhe software, but a window pops up saying
that it is uncompatible.
