Hi, I am having problems printing to my Brother MFC-
3820CN printer. We're talking Windows XP Professional,
via a Belkin USB-Ethernet adaptor to a Vigor 2600VGi
router. The printer is connected to one of the Ethermet
ports on the router, not the USB connection as I believe
that would not support the inbound scanning function.

It works fine from the user account (Sysadmin) which I
used to install the driver, but not from any other user.
It does not seem to be the same problem as described by
question 5 of the FAQs, as the other users (who also have
admin privilege) can see the printer and send files off
to it. I can then see the file in the print queue for a
while with status "printing", before it changes to "Error-
printing". I then also get an error message "This
document failed to print".

Any ideas ?
