In Windows NT it is possible to select "User Defined"
under paper size. This enabled me to input my required
paper size(eg. 700mm x 400mm)when printing a pdf. I
pasted two A3 pages together, which enabled me to print
to my required size. This is not possibe in Windows XP
Professional. Please advise....

Goto the Control Panel, click on Printers and Faxes. From the Toolbar,
click on File, then Server Properties. Forms tab allows custom page sizes.
