I am going to buy a couple of new things to upgrade my computer. I will be purchasing an Intel Core i7-2700K Sandy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000 BX80623i72700K, a CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B, and an EVGA 025-P3-1579-AR GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) HD 2560MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card (I also have a PSU). I am wondering about what FPS rating I will get with these upgrades. I am wondering how fast it will be on its highest quality. Thanks for reading!

thats a lot of pc to play minecraft... you will get more fps than you need by a long long way...
it is only single threaded so you could play it very well on a dual core and still do other stuff like skype with yer mates with no effect on your game...
personally i would say forget the 2700k. the 2600k is cheaper and just as powerfull... or jump to the 1155 socket with a z77 chipset either way you will get more bang for your buck than buying a 2700k...
also the gtx 670 is a much better option then the 570. its about 1/3 more powerfull at the least and the money you save on the 2700k will easily help you pay for that part of the upgrade...
