I have an Access 2000 application that prints to several
different printers. This problem only started after
upgrading to Windows XP.
In order to identify the different printers I created new
form in the Server Properties window. My application
printes to several preprinted forms of different sizes
and margin settings. After defining each form in Server
Properties I used Page Setup in Access to identify the
printer each report should use. This works perfect
unless we have a printer problem, add new printers or
change an existing one. The forms loose their settings
thus affecting the Access application.
We have approximately 15 users. They all have a copy of
the application on their desktop and the tables are on
the network. 10 out of the 15 have their own local
printer and share 3 network printers. The other 5 use
all network printers. They have all experienced the
problem.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
