How high have you gotten the FSB of your A7M266s?

I got an Axia Tbird 1333 and some Corsair XMS PC2400 overclocking memory which is supposed to run with a 150 MHz Front side bus times 2 (300 MHz instead of 266 MHz) but I can only get it to go up to 140 FSB (280 MHz). No matter what my cas latency is (2-2-2 or 2.5-3-3) Do you guys have any suggestions on what I should do?
There are a few jumpers that claim to help with overclocking but I had no success with them on my old A7V motherboard. When I did my overclocking the CPU was at 1.85 volts so tha CPU voltage shouldn't have been a problem. Is it possible I got a bad batch of RAM, or my Axia isn't really from an Axia batch?

If you are trying to seriously overclock your A7M266 system, then as with any other system start off with the minimum number of components: cpu, memory, AGP video card initially. Also as well as trying higher cpu core voltage (VID1, VID2, VID3, VID4) try increasing VIO1 (from 2.5V) this powers DDR memory and the AMD 761 (Northbridge) and also VIO (from 3.3V) which powers PCI bus devices.
