Skyrim on Radeon HD 7670M with 1gb VRAM

So, as the thread topic states i have a Radeon HD 7670M with 2GB of VRAM and whenever i play Skyrim no matter the settings it looks jumpy and jittery, especially in first person. Whenever i walk or run the screen is jittery and shaky. Any suggestions?

That is odd i have a Radeon 6950 and can play it fine on ultra settings. Although i have 4gb of Ram. If it is jittery on any setting attempt to manually change the settings to get the best for you and if this fails attempt a re installation.
