i have intel i3 2.4ghz ...with 768 mb of vram...with w7p which is the latest game i can play. 2 gb of ram.?

When the game came out has pretty much 0 bearing on what you can play. Farmville is pretty new and you can play that just fine, Crysis on High is older, and you can't play that well at all. If you want to play games, get at least a lower end gaming card, something like a Radeon 7750 would be great for almost any system because it uses so little power to run games pretty well.
