Repeat deduction from my a/c...

Hello,
Am asking Q again. Sorry, no not when I first contacted you. Also can not recall product purchased 11 months ago.
A/c states:68 74 USD, rate 0.60£ on Nov 13 2009. £42.46 plus (Inter'l use fee £1.14). Overseas transaction fee £1.25.
These sums were each deducted twice from my A/c Nov 16 2009. Why?

Exactly, this site has nothing to do with accounts, etc... Use the contact info on the bill FROM THE COMPANY to get ahold of the proper individuals.
