I am basically a complete idiot and moron when it comes to computers. Example: You can sit and explain a byte to a kilobyte to a megabyte to a gigabyte to me and I would still be lost. (I actually do know what those are, but I am very unintelligent beyond that point.)
1. What is your budget? $500-$1500.
2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering? Any size, my old one is 13" I believe
3. What screen resolution do you want? 1366x768 pixel resolution
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop? Either or, Laptop preferably
5. How much battery life do you need? Doesn't matter
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)? World of Warcraft on medium, Diablo 3 medium to high, and any other future games roughly on medium settings
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.) Generic school studies like type reports, surf the web, watch netflix
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need? Enough for Diablo 3 and maybe a little extra
9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links. Any and all sites
10. How long do you want to keep your laptop? 5+ years
11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ? Just a regular CD drive?
12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons. I like to buy from Microsoft or Mac just because they are the only companies I have experience with. No hate towards any other company.
13. What country do you live in? US
14. Please tell us any additional information if needed. I am really stupid, so if able to dumb it down to toddler information for me would be great, maybe add what specs the systems have that I could easily match to the Diablo 3 spec requirements. If something is better maybe show it with a greater than/less than symbol to help me follow and understand this awesome service of information you are providing.
