Could I Play Arma 2/DayZ Well?

i am wanting to play the dayz mod for arma 2 and i have been on many webstied and they are all saying my gfx card is whats kiling me
i was wondering what kind of fps i would get

specs:

ram=4gigs

gfx= 4 series express famialy chipset g45

cpu = pentium dual core e500 @ 3.20 GHz

all i would like to know if the game would be playable like 20 fps or more

theres no chance without a dedicated gfx card your looking at 5-10 fps minimum settings. even with a gfx card your gonna struggle as arma requires a decent cpu... also i only see it listed as a lappy part so no again. arma needs a beefy lappy and yours is a media lappy at best.
