How well would this setup run WoW?

Alright, i'm about to build my first custom PC for around $700 or less,and as the title states i'm wondering how well this setup would run WoW.
GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H Intel 7 Series Motherboard
Intel Core i5-3570K CPU
ADATA 8GB DDR3 RAM Kit
Seagate 1TB HDD
24x DVDRW
Thermaltake Commander MS-I Case
Ultra 650W PSU
And a PowerColor AX6790 1GB Radeon 256 bit DDR5 Video Card

Yeah sorry, I dont really know much about computers...I just want something that can run WoW pretty well.

Well, If you plan on OC go for the i5 2500k & upgrade to a hd 6870 or 6850. If you are not going to OC go for the i5 2400 with 6870.

Alright thanks for the imput, but I honestly don't really understand what overclocking does. Still pretty new at all this.
