i have a printer problem. it sais that i have a paper jam and i cant see the paper.
i have tried everything i need help badly. i use a cannon i560 (printer) and we cant figure out why it is not printing and why it is saying paper jam when i cant see any paper. microsoft plz help.

1) The word is 'says'
2) You sure do "need help badly". Unfortunately, it isn't the sort of
help you're going to be able to find here.
3) This isn't MS. This is a peer-to-peer newsgroup.
4) Why on earth do you expect *MICROSOFT* to assist with a *CANON*
printer?! Or have they taken over Canon now...?

Actually, you might have had 2 or more pages start to go
down at the same time and interrupted them. That would have
set the "paper jam " bit in the software. Ther might also be
framents of paper/debris in the mechanism. You may need
professional service. Had a similar problem with an older
S400, in which the logic board was defective.
