I am having problems with toner specks appearing randomly on either side of the page. I have replaced the toner cartridge with a new HP, changed paper etc. but the problem still excists. The page count on this printer is 8,300. I will appreciate any advice on how to correct this problem.

Hi Ya Anders

Have you previously used re-fills in the printer? if so, is have these cartridges dropped toner in the printer? You may need to vacuum this out if present....

It may be worth checking the fuser as well in case there is gunge in there.

See how you go.

Cheers
