instability with Win2k SP2

I just installed SP2 and now all my benchmarks close before finishing. I know cuz its overclocked, but it worked with SP1. Any suggestions?

What system? 2K may have installed new IDE and AGP drivers overwiting manufaturer drivers that were previously instaled - like if you happened to be using a via mobo with 4in1 loaded.
