Quiet Fan

Ok, here is what I need. I currently have an alpha Pal-6035 heatsink with the Turbine Engine attached (Black Label Delta). In my last apartment, then noise was muffled, but since moving into a bigger place, it's amplified. I need a quiet (quieter) high cfm fan to replace it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I took a look at the YS Tech, but it's cfm is like half of what my Delta is. Thanks fellas.
