multiple serial ports

is it possible to hook up multiple keyboards and monitors to one box using a multiple serial port card for the keyboards? I'm trying to make a walk-up registration system with multiple input staions that does not have to use one box per station. Any ideas? Thanks

I attached 2 keyboards and 2 mouses to one of my computer. I attached one keyboard and mouse through PS/2 and the other one through USB.

may be a problem adding many, I've run 2 k/b and 2 mice before, just to see what happened lol
