Accessing Printer on computer

I just installed a cable modem and wireless router. I
'm trying to access the printer on the computer upstairs
from the computer downstairs. The computer downstairs
doesnt seem to see the computer upstairs through the
workgroup. The computer upstairs sees the computer
downstairs but can't accesss it at all. Any
sugeestions? My wireless works great can access the
Internet with no problems.
